The Shogun also features a bright and accurate HDR screen that can display over a billion colors and 10+ stops of dynamic range, allowing you to see every detail of your footage in any lighting condition. 4K recording
The Shogun can record up to 6K RAW or 4K ProRes/DNxHR formats from any HDMI or SDI source, using high-speed SSD drives. This gives you the highest quality and flexibility for your editing and grading. You can also record HD up to 240 fps for slow-motion effects.
HDR monitoring
The Shogun has a 7-inch IPS LCD screen that can display over a billion colors and 10+ stops of dynamic range, using AtomHDR technology. This means you can see the true colors and contrast of your footage, without clipping or crushing the highlights or shadows. You can also switch between different HDR standards, such as HLG, PQ, and Log, to match your camera's output or your delivery format.
Professional tools
The Shogun has a range of professional tools that help you monitor and control your exposure, focus, color, and audio. You can use waveform, vectorscope, false color, zebra, peaking, and zoom to check your image quality and adjust your settings. You can also use custom 3D LUTs to preview your look or apply creative effects. The Shogun also has a built-in microphone and headphone jack, as well as XLR inputs and outputs for external audio devices.
Versatile connectivity
The Shogun has HDMI and SDI inputs and outputs that support up to 4Kp60 signals. You can also use the HDMI output to loop out to another monitor or device, or use the SDI output to send a clean feed to a switcher or recorder. The Shogun also has a USB-C port that can be used to connect to a computer or charge the device.
